Proposal:

Application for a residential development of 56 dwellings, building a new clubhouse with a shop, function room, and greenkeepers store, constructing a bridge link to the golf course, relocating the practice area/driving range, building a new car park, and associated landscaping and infrastructure after demolishing the existing clubhouse and residential dwelling.
