Proposal:

Application to change the use from a single hot food takeaway to a mixed-use building with a hot food takeaway on the ground floor, a retail unit and self-contained flat on the first floor, and a self-contained flat on the second floor. Includes a rear dormer, roof lights, repositioning of the extraction flue, and installation of an external staircase for access to the retail unit and flats.
